We guarantee our puppies to be in good health and up to date on age-appropriate immunizations and deworming when they leave our possession. The new owner must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian at their own expense within three calendar days from gaining possession of the puppy to receive a physical examination to confirm the overall health of the puppy and to continue its vaccination schedule. If the examination indicates that, at the time of sale, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to illness, disease, or congenital disorder, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the breeder, the owner must contact the breeder immediately. Upon breeder receiving sufficient proof of examination and resulting diagnosis, the owner will have the option of either returning the puppy at their own expense in exchange for a full refund of the original purchase price of the puppy or keeping the puppy and receiving reimbursement of up to 50% of the original purchase price of the puppy to go towards the related treatment of the pre-existing condition.
We are so confident in our puppies that we guarantee them to be free from fatal and severely life altering genetic diseases until they are two years of age. Only conditions that alter the dog’s life to the point of requiring surgery or long-term treatment will be considered for coverage. Upon breeder receiving sufficient proof of examination and resulting diagnosis, the owner will have the option of either returning the puppy at their own expense in exchange for a replacement puppy from a future litter or keeping the puppy and receiving reimbursement of up to 50% of the original purchase price of the puppy to go towards the related treatment of the condition.
If the puppy should end up dying from a suspected congenital defect during the guaranteed period, an autopsy must be performed at the owner’s expense. Upon breeder receiving sufficient proof showing a congenital defect as the cause of the death, the breeder will provide another puppy from a future litter. This guarantee will be considered null and void in the event of an indeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis.
We are not responsible if the puppy contracts any communicable diseases after leaving our possession. Therefore, our guarantees do not include viral or bacterial illnesses or infections such as Kennel Cough, Parvo, Giardia or Coccidiosis. We are not responsible for any ailments that affect the nervous system or liver due to the use of oral and topical flea/tick medications, heartworm preventatives or vaccinations. Our guarantees do not include improper bites, pulled teeth, physical injuries, hernias, hypoglycemia, bacterial infections, internal and external parasites, reactions to vaccines, allergies, ear infections, food intolerance, nor any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects or chemicals.
All guarantees are non-transferable. Under all circumstances, the breeder reserves the right to obtain a second opinion from the breeder’s veterinarian at the owner’s expense prior to fulfilling this guarantee.
